Event Hire UK, a company providing furniture, catering equipment, refrigeration facilities, tableware, and related accessories for various types of events, is expanding its Bradford base to a newly built industrial estate. The company has leased a 17,000 sq ft unit in Cutler Heights Business Park, which is in close proximity to both the M606 and Bradford city centre. GV&Co, a property consultancy in Leeds, is marketing the estate, with only three brand new hybrid industrial units ranging from 1,980 to 2,723 sq ft left. These units offer high-quality office accommodation and parking, as well as 24/7 security measures.
Event Hire UK was established in Walsall, near Birmingham, in 2005 and expanded into Bradford in 2009, previously operating on Prince Street’s Enterprise Court, approximately a mile from its new premises. The company now has further bases in London and Manchester, offering over 2.5million items for nationwide hire for corporate events, Reading and Leeds Festivals, The Open Championship, and weddings among others.
The company’s regional operations director, Jean Moller, shared that the new unit would allow a more efficient and faster service, accommodating significant stock levels to cater to their clients’ needs, including festivals, carnivals, elections, corporate functions, and Christmas parties.
The remaining three units are expected to generate high levels of interest from local businesses looking for warehouse, storage, and office spaces close to the motorway network, according to Will Woodhall, from GV&Co.
