HSBC UK has provided Sintons LLP, a major law firm in the North East, with a seven-figure funding package to refurbish its Newcastle headquarters. The 25,000 sq ft office is spread over four floors and the funding will be used to create a modern working environment that caters to the company’s evolving business needs. The refurbishment, which is the first in 20 years, will include a floor dedicated to client services, complete with a business lounge and seminar training area. This renovation project aims to foster collaboration and provide a flexible working environment as the firm continues to expand. The refurbishments are being conducted one floor at a time to allow staff to continue working in the office during the remodelling process.
Chris Welch, Managing Partner of Sintons LLP, expressed that the renovation is not only about improving the way the colleagues and clients work, but it also reinforces the law firm’s position in the North East. The investment decision reflects the firm’s dedication to its workforce and roots in Newcastle while future-proofing its headquarters as it continues to grow across the UK. HSBC UK is delighted to aid the law firm, which remains dedicated to its regional roots while growing its enterprise across the country. The project is a sign of Sintons’ commitment to the North, which has been essential to the company since its inception in 1896.
