The agency achieved a record turnover of £1.65m last year and has recently appointed an account director and multi-channel marketing executive to strengthen its expansion plans. Moreover, six team members have been promoted to various roles. The recent acquisition of Faith Brand Communications in January has added another eight marketing professionals to the team, making the combined turnover over £2m and headcount of 33.
One of the notable promotions is the appointment of Sally Willis as the managing director. She rejoined Fantastic last year as the director of client services. Her previous stint at the agency lasted eight and a half years and saw her climb from a senior account executive to head of operations. Another addition to the team is Stephanie Stretton, who joined as an account director with 15 years of experience in international branding, partnerships, and performance marketing. Sam Ward has joined as a multi-channel marketing apprentice, supporting Fantastic’s director of strategy and insights on the agency’s strategic business discovery program, iNSIGHT. Sam has a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Manchester and was previously working as a marketing assistant at TOG24. Fantastic Media also made five other promotions, including Carl Smith, who was promoted to lead web developer after spending 11 years with the agency.
