As part of its strategy to transform into an InsurTech business, CPP Group has identified Globiva as non-core to the Group and has initiated the disposal of its 51% ownership over a three-year period, with the transfer of ownership concluding in Q1 2027.
Simon Pyper, Group CEO, stated, “The agreement with Globiva is consistent with our strategy and marks a positive outcome for both parties, as we continue to simplify the Group and transition into an InsurTech business.”
