Manufacturer of industrial valves acquired

INDUS Holding AG has successfully completed the acquisition of Colson X-Cel, a Rotherham-based manufacturer specializing in industrial valves for liquid and gas control. The INDUS Group now fully owns Colson, aligning with their internationalization strategy to expand into the UK, US, and Middle East markets. “In March 2024, Pneumatic Components Ltd (PCL), a subsidiary of the INDUS portfolio company HORNGROUP, finalized the acquisition,” states Axel Meyer, member of the INDUS Board of Management overseeing the Engineering segment. Highlighting the importance of local presence in the face of growing protectionism, Meyer emphasizes the Group’s focus on exploring new markets to drive portfolio company growth.
