MySalesCoach has secured £700k investment from the North East Innovation Fund, managed by Northstar Ventures and supported by the European Development Fund, along with an additional £100k investment from leading angel investors. The Company had raised £560k from the North East Innovation Fund and angel investors in its last funding round in December 2022.
MySalesCoach’s platform connects sales teams and individuals with experienced coaches, yielding impressive results and significant increases in revenues and retention for their customers. The Company has seen rapid growth in its first year of trading by selling to over 60 organisations and almost 1,000 individuals. This funding will help MySalesCoach continue to develop its platform, expand operations and build its team.
Founder of MySalesCoach, Kevin Beales, commented: “It’s the problem our founders have been committed to solving for over a decade and we are thrilled at how quickly MySalesCoach has grown in less than 12 months, beyond even our ambitious projections. This investment will help us capitalise on our early success to scale the platform and business.”
The investment also builds on Kevin Beales’ experience with his co-founding of sales software business Refract, which he successfully sold to US firm Allego for eight-figures.
Tom O’Neill, Investment Manager of Northstar Ventures, stated: “Kevin and Mark have developed a compelling offering which has seen significant interest from a variety of customers, and we’re excited to join the team on the next stage of their journey.”
MySalesCoach’s service is not only revolutionising the sales industry by providing personalised and tailored coaching, but it is also filling a need in the market as managers lack the time and expertise to deliver as much coaching as their teams crave. This investment sets MySalesCoach up for success in the future and promises to deliver significant growth in the market.
