Anthony Barrowcliffe from FHP successfully leased the entire second floor of the i2 Centre at Oakham Business Park in Mansfield. The floor consisted of five office suites and totaled 10,243ft². Barrowcliffe described the transaction as complex, involving the departure of previous tenants, repairs, and a phased move-in process for the new tenant.
The property, featuring refurbished Grade A office suites, is conveniently located near Mansfield town center and the A38. Barrowcliffe expressed his satisfaction with the deal, emphasizing the successful completion of the full-floor lease to a large local occupier.
“I am particularly pleased with this letting as we have managed to complete the occupation of a full floor across five suites,” Barrowcliffe said. He also mentioned the availability of two final suites on flexible terms, suitable for a variety of uses.
