Yorkshire Water has recently announced the appointment of Imran Patel as its new Group Director of Customer Experience. Imran, who previously held the position of Director of Home Services at Sky, brings over 20 years of experience in delivering customer-centric transformation programs. At Sky, he successfully led the Home Services business, overseeing the delivery of Sky products to households across the UK and managing a team of approximately 4,000 engineers.
Prior to his time at Sky, Imran spent over 18 years at BT in various leadership roles. During this time, he focused on leading field teams, contact centers, and other service-related departments. Yorkshire Water’s Chief Executive, Nicola Shaw, expressed her excitement about Imran joining the team, noting that his expertise in managing national service delivery aligns perfectly with the company’s ambition to enhance customer experience.
