The team introduced a candidate evaluation platform and an intricate data-led assessment approach, plus welcomed the appointment of a new Head of Executive Search.
According to co-founder Dennis Howes, the company aims to provide the best diverse talent for member-based organizations.

With the current challenges faced by the sector, it is now more important than ever to have the right leaders in place. Head of Executive Search, Ben Spragg with over 25 years of top-tier recruitment experience, joins the team to lead the new initiative. The new online platform “Membership leaders” is perfectly configured to meet the sector’s needs.
Stakeholders are given access to candidate CVs, executive summaries, McQuaig Assessment Results and Key Competency Benchmarking reports, making it easier to find the ideal candidate. The recruitment firm is already working with two national associations to hire new Managing Director and CEO roles, both of which reflect the tailored service that Membership Bespoke provides.
