Maple Accountancy, a Derby-based accounting firm, has recently relocated its headquarters to new offices in Wyvern Court on Wyvern Business Park, leaving behind its previous site on Friar Gate. The move comes as a result of the company’s growth and the need for a more modern and purpose-built space.
According to William Speed of Salloway Property Consultants, “We are experiencing fewer freehold properties coming onto the market currently, so it isn’t surprising to see that when an opportunity like this does present itself there are high levels of interest.”
The new office building, spanning 4,300 square feet over two floors, offers an ideal location for both city center access and connectivity to the UK’s major road network. Jennifer Priestly, Director of Maple Accountancy, stated, “We are really excited to make the move over to Wyvern Court. The modern office gives us the perfect opportunity to create a new, state of the art work environment.”
The relocation aligns with Maple’s strategy to adapt to the changing work environment since COVID, with an emphasis on creating a vibrant and flexible work setting that prioritizes employee well-being and the company’s ESG aspirations. This move reflects a common trend among companies seeking to create a more versatile work environment in the wake of the pandemic.
