NAVEX, a leading provider of integrated risk and compliance management solutions, has experienced significant international customer growth and is expanding its presence in London with a new office space that will serve as its European hub.
This strategic move builds on NAVEX’s expanding operations in Finland, the acquisition of WhistleB in Sweden, and the establishment of its Frankfurt data facility.
The company’s business in the EMEA region has grown by over 30% in the second quarter of this year alone. Organizations rely on NAVEX for comprehensive internal reporting, third-party risk management, policy administration, employee training, and more.
There has been a sharp increase in demand for automated risk management as businesses face new regulatory requirements like the EU Whistleblowing Directive, German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive. This, combined with systemic risks and elevated stakeholder expectations, has driven the need for NAVEX’s solutions.
NAVEX has achieved strong revenue and customer growth across Europe since 2021. Its impressive list of UK clients includes leading brands such as Serco, Soneva, and Currys. Currys, a prominent technology retailer, chose NAVEX to streamline its whistleblowing incident management and reporting processes.
Craig Hall, senior compliance monitoring manager at Currys, explained, “The NAVEX One suite of ethics and compliance software solutions helps us manage risks, protect our business reputation, and create a better workplace. Its solutions have saved us time, aligned our case management processes, and allowed us to dive deep into whistleblowing reports.”
In a quarterly customer survey conducted by NAVEX, the company’s service and support received a best-in-class satisfaction score of 98% among European customers. Implementation satisfaction and technician support scores also averaged above 90%.
The new London workspace, located in Hammersmith, will accommodate NAVEX’s expanding sales, marketing, and customer support teams. Furthermore, it will serve as a central hub for European operations, providing local resources and expertise to customers throughout the region.
Florian Haarhaus, international general manager at NAVEX, stated, “Our continued growth is driven by the evolving work environment and our customers’ increased focus on creating transparent, safe, and responsible workplaces. Our commitment is to empower the European market by helping businesses of all sizes protect themselves against risks and meet regulatory requirements while fostering stronger organizational cultures.”
