Australian property developer, Third.i, has recently established its first international head office in London to cater to local demand. Over the past five years, Third.i has already developed a £185m pipeline of new build homes in the city, with an additional £130m planned for the future. This expansion comes after the acquisition of Westminster Tower in Lambeth, which has been renamed ‘The Doulton’ and is set to launch in September 2023.
As part of its ongoing investment in London’s property market, Third.i has strategically chosen a 156 sq m office located at 22 Albert Embankment, between Lambeth Bridge and Vauxhall station. The purpose of this office is to establish a UK-based team, led by co-founder Ron Dadd, who has relocated from Third.i’s Sydney base. Additionally, Third.i’s new office also houses the marketing suite for the upcoming residential scheme, Graphite Square in Vauxhall, which is scheduled to launch later this summer.
Third.i, a global leader in property development and investment, was founded in Sydney over twenty years ago. They collaborate with renowned architects, designers, and place makers to create vibrant living, working, and recreational spaces. With a successful track record of delivering over AUD$4bn worth of commercial and residential properties in Australia, Third.i entered the London market in 2018 with their flagship scheme, 58-70 York Road in Battersea. Subsequently, they acquired Graphite Square in 2020, where more than 60% of homes have been sold off-market prior to its official UK launch later this year.
Luke Berry, co-founder & director of Third.i, expressed his enthusiasm for the company’s expansion, stating, “We are very excited to be opening our first international office in London and expand the Third.i presence to the UK. This is the strategic next step following our growth in Australia. We want to let our buyers know that we are here to stay through not only investing in a full-time office but by relocating some of our Australian team too.”
