The Nottingham-based interiors business, ROL Fredbergs UK Limited, has made a strategic move to Teal Park, Colwick, expanding its presence within the city. This new location marks an exciting milestone for the company, which already serves prestigious clients like Hugo Boss, M&S, H&M, Jysk, and McDonald’s.
Teal Park offers ROL Fredbergs UK a spacious 31,500 sq ft warehouse facility, complete with a secure yard, as part of a larger warehouse and trade park spanning 170,000 sq ft. National investor Northwood Urban Logistics owns the park, which was completed towards the end of 2022.

The head of UK operations at ROL UK, Charlotte Oswin, expressed enthusiasm for expanding their UK business into Unit 3 at Teal Park. As a newly built and versatile space, ROL Fredbergs UK plans to optimize this facility to enhance production efficiency, in turn improving the outstanding service they currently offer their clients.
Jimmy McGarvey, the warehouse and logistics manager at ROL Fredbergs UK, shared his excitement about relocating to Unit 3 at Teal Park, as it promises to significantly elevate their business and working environment.
Anthony Barrowcliffe, associate director at FHP Property Consultants, expressed satisfaction in securing this lease agreement with ROL Fredbergs, a high-quality business that recognized the opportunity presented by the brand new facility and its spacious yard area, ideal for their expanding operations.
“We continue to receive strong interest in the remaining units of the scheme and look forward to announcing more occupiers soon,” added Barrowcliffe.
The scheme is being marketed by Philip Sutton and JLL as joint letting agents.
