An East Midlands property consultancy has recently experienced significant success, resulting in a series of promotions within the firm.
Fisher German is pleased to announce the addition of Carl Pearson, based at the Ashby office, as a new partner in the partnership. Alongside this exciting development, the company has also promoted 12 colleagues within the Ashby office and five individuals from its head office, both located in the same town. Furthermore, advancements have also taken place in the Newark office with two promotions, as well as one in Market Harborough.
Carl, who joined Fisher German in 2016, specializes in strategically managing non-operational property portfolios for corporate real estate clients, including CEMEX, Valencia Waste Management Limited, South West Water, and Southern Water. His expertise covers all asset classes, such as commercial, residential, rural, and amenity properties.
On his promotion, Carl expresses his gratitude to the existing partners for their support and the opportunity to advance in his career. He enthusiastically adds that Fisher German’s substantial growth over the past 18 months has motivated him to focus on developing a corporate real estate business plan that ensures seamless interconnection between service lines, ultimately guaranteeing the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
