Sewell Group’s estates consultancy firm, Community Ventures Management, has appointed Emma Bolton to assist the Chief Executive. Emma, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a qualified town planner, brings extensive experience in strategic estates roles from her time in the public sector. Previously serving as Area Director for the North East and Leeds, Emma has now taken on the role of Chief Executive. This transition follows the decision of long-term Community Ventures leader Nigel Fenny to step back to semi-retirement, although he will continue to contribute in a part-time, freelance capacity to retain his invaluable expertise and knowledge within the company. Emma is excited about leading the Community Ventures team and is looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead. With a dedicated and talented team supporting her, she aims to provide innovative and tailored solutions to meet the demands of modern healthcare.
