ProofID, backed by private equity, has acquired Regatta Solutions Group, a Texas-based firm that specializes in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) integration. The acquisition aims to broaden ProofID’s capabilities in identity security, and is expected to generate over £27m in revenue in 2023. Regatta’s 35 identity specialists will be fully integrated into ProofID, creating a leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and managed service provider (MSP) across North America and Europe.
Tom Eggleston, CEO of ProofID, remarked, “As a united force we have the proven expertise and resources to integrate both Ping Identity and SailPoint solutions, deliver expert solutions and provide managed services across both Europe and North America…”. Meanwhile, John Ciulla, CEO and president of Regatta, stated, “With our expanded global reach and ability to offer both SailPoint and Ping Identity managed services, we are now poised to deliver unparalleled value to our customers worldwide”.
The merger will result in the expansion of ProofID’s partnership with SailPoint, adding Austin, Texas to its existing US base in Colorado Springs. ProofID has over 60 global enterprise customers, and has been Ping Identity’s Delivery Partner of the Year for five years. In 2022, Maven invested £15m in the company, which has recorded a revenue growth rate higher than 30% annually for the last three years.
