RMT Accountants & Business Advisors has recently hired a new group of apprentices, showcasing their continued efforts to invest in the future of their company. The multi-year training programmes that Josh Bond, Aidan Duke, Natalia Kostenko, Kristian Kerr, and James Hopkinson will undergo will lead to them earning accredited qualifications as a vital aspect of their professional development. Josh and Kristian are starting their training in RMT’s healthcare department, which is the largest specialist medical and healthcare accountancy team outside of London. Aidan and Natalia, on the other hand, will work in the business services team. Lastly, James Hopkinson, who previously worked for a different regional firm, has joined the audit team. Each apprentice is working closely with experienced senior colleagues on a variety of live client projects with the initial aim of gaining accreditations from the Association of Accounting/Taxation Technicians.
