Edward Architects has moved its team to a new office at Marshall’s Mill, located at the Round Foundry estate in Holbeck Urban Village, to allow for present and future business growth. The decision comes with a series of changes aiming to enhance the company’s image, such as the adoption of a new brand name, Edward Architects, the addition of a new team member in Architectural Technologist Craig Darby, and the launch of a new website.
The 14-strong team will now work from a newly refurbished 2,000 sq ft creative office space, which allows the company to double its workforce and work on more projects for its clients. The new location also puts the company in an excellent company with businesses from several sectors, such as creatives, film/tv production, tech firms, and professional services organizations.
Graham Edward, MD, Edward Architects commented on the move, stating that “Marshall’s Mill is one of the most distinctive office developments in Leeds with a wonderful heritage and has been transformed into a creative office, living space with fantastic amenities and facilities close to the city centre, it’s a hugely inspiring place to work and is the perfect business location to accommodate our business growth plans.”
The office move comes with a rebranding programme that includes a refreshed logo and the addition of a new corporate website. The company’s focus remains on growth sectors including housing, master planning, modular construction, and court protection disabled access.
In conclusion, Edward Architects’ recent move underscores its commitment to continuing business expansion and its focus on on-trend sectors.
