Idhl, a leading digital agency group with nearly 400 employees and offices in London, Leeds, Manchester and Harrogate, has announced its plans to consolidate its brands to support future growth. This move will bring together eight of its brands – WMG, Ingenuity Digital, Equation, Statement, NetConstruct, Pinpoint, Ampersand and Conesso – under its main brand title. Fostr, which was recently acquired by idhl Group, will remain intact, given its specialized focus in fashion, beauty and luxury sectors.
With its headquarters in the UK and backed by Bridgepoint Development Capital, idhl specializes in performance marketing, eCommerce, web development and email marketing, catering to a wide range of clients in sectors including financial services, professional services, industrials, luxury, and fashion. This consolidation of brands will allow the group to deliver a cohesive customer journey, which is enhanced by the combined exceptional in-house digital expertise of the various agencies.
Ben Wood, CEO of idhl Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the consolidation, saying, “This new structure also enables our team members to work collaboratively on a range of exciting and innovative projects. This consolidation supports our consultative approach – bolstering growth for our clients and enabling them to thrive. It will also underpin a strong year of growth for idhl Group, and I’d like to thank all of the team for their continued work delivering exceptional results for clients.”
The group has already informed its clients and staff members of the transition process, which is currently underway and set for completion in June. In the last financial year, idhl Group had revenues of nearly £38m.
