National property consultancy Carter Jonas has successfully secured planning consent for a new industrial / storage and distribution facility at Meridian Business Park in Leicestershire, in collaboration with Euro Property Investment Limited and Henry Davidson Developments. This development, spanning 1.38 acres (0.56 ha), will comprise 21,062 sq ft (1,956.74m2) of warehouse and office space, playing a vital role in boosting the local economy and generating employment opportunities. The specific end user of the site is yet to be determined.

We are delighted to have successfully addressed concerns and received unanimous approval at the Planning Committee for the Meridian Business Park site.”
