Timms Solicitors have recently appointed Charlotte Day as the head of their growing Wills and Probate department, overseeing operations in their Derby, Burton, Ashby, and Swadlincote offices. After earning her Law degree from the University of Chester and obtaining her Legal Practice Course with a London firm, Charlotte became a qualified Solicitor in 2016. She joined Timms in August 2018 and successfully completed the firm’s tailored Pathways program, leading to her promotion to Associate in 2022.
According to Timms managing partner Fiona Moffat, “Charlotte’s exceptional leadership skills and legal expertise make her the perfect fit for the role of Head of Wills and Probate. With her guidance, we are confident that this vital aspect of our work will continue to thrive.” Charlotte, a fully qualified STEP member and accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, expressed her pride in leading such a proficient and compassionate team in the diverse and complex field of Wills and Probate.
