Timms Solicitors have recently appointed Charlotte Day as the head of their growing Wills and Probate department, overseeing operations in their Derby, Burton, Ashby, and Swadlincote offices. After earning her Law degree from the University of Chester and obtaining her Legal Practice Course with a London firm, Charlotte became a qualified Solicitor in 2016. She joined Timms in August 2018 and successfully completed the firm’s tailored Pathways program, leading to her promotion to Associate in 2022.
