Reward Finance Group, an alternative finance lender, has relocated its national headquarters to new Grade A office space in Leeds’ thriving business district. This move comes after 12 years of continuous growth and in preparation for future expansion plans. Previously located in Central House, the company now occupies 4,000 sq. ft. on the 1st floor of the recently refurbished 12 King Street. The building underwent an £11m investment, resulting in a “futuristic workspace” with additional features such as a cycle spa, roof terraces, and a sky lounge.
According to Nick Smith, Reward’s group managing director, this move is a significant milestone in the company’s expansion plans. It signifies 12 years of continuous growth in Leeds and sets the stage for further team expansion in the coming months. The decision to relocate was necessary due to rapid business growth across the UK and the need for larger premises. The new office not only meets the space requirements but also prioritizes the wellbeing of all staff members. With breakout spaces, improved facilities, and enhanced sustainability credentials, it provides an ideal working environment.
The interior design and fit-out of the new space were impeccably done by Ben Johnson. Reward Finance Group is thrilled to call 12 King Street its new Leeds home and eagerly anticipates the next chapter for the business. Launched in 2011, the company offers SMEs tailored business finance loans and asset-based solutions up to £5m. It currently employs 70 staff across five regional offices. Recently, Reward Finance Group reached a significant milestone of over £200m in its loan book, reinforcing the necessity for this relocation to accommodate its growing operations.
