In its most recent financial report, the law firm Ward Hadaway showed growth, which was helped by how well its Leeds office did.
The company, which also has offices in Manchester and Newcastle, said that sales at its office in Leeds went up by 24%. Four partners were among the 15 people who joined the Leeds team.
Firm-wide sales have gone up by 11% to £43 million, and more than 40 lawyers have been hired at all levels over the past year.
Ward Hadaway put a lot of money into its employees and infrastructure, which led to the growth. The company has also started a three-year plan to improve the health and happiness of its employees. This plan is a key part of Ward Hadaway’s success, innovation, and growth.
