With over 10 years of experience in regulatory and criminal defense, Richard is an associate solicitor who successfully represents and defends both individuals and corporate clients facing criminal investigation and prosecution. His expertise extends to a wide range of allegations, including road traffic matters, fraud, serious sexual offenses, and murder. Notably, Richard is well-known for his unparalleled experience in defending university students involved in misconduct investigations, particularly sexual misconduct cases. Additionally, he has extensive experience defending members of the military in Courts Martial.
