N21, a global performance marketing group based in Newcastle, has recently announced 13 promotions within its Global Affiliate & Partnership Marketing agency, Silverbean, and its Content Performance & Digital PR agency, NORTH. Four of the promotions are for senior positions, which include Nic Yates to Associate Director, Dominic Apes to Head of Marketing, Bex McNiven to General Manager, and Katie Stewart to Interim Head of Performance. The latest round of promotions reflects the group’s commitment to “…recognising and rewarding excellence at all levels of the business” and includes two newly created roles such as Rebecca Marley to Partner Performance Senior and Rachel Utting to CSR and Engagement Consultant.
The newly promoted members are from different positions ranging from associate director, head of marketing, general manager, to even graphic designer and affiliate marketing manager.
