Nicholas Associates Group’s Stafforce recruitment brand has a new branch office in Doncaster.
Stafforce has offices all over the UK and helps people find temporary and flexible jobs as well as permanent ones.
The new office is in Doncaster, in a building called Bizspace on TenPound walk.
Five years ago, Nicholas Associates Group, which is based in Rotherham, had a stafforce office in Doncaster. Since then, candidates and staff from Doncaster who have to go to Rotherham for interviews.
The new office will make it easier to meet the needs of job seekers in a way that is more sustainable and kind to the environment.
Tony Boorman, the managing director of Stafforce, said, “We’ve seen that the market has changed and that there is a clear need for a high-quality local recruitment specialist. Video interviews will still be an option, but since we have a local office, we can also offer a place to meet in person.
“We think that giving our clients and candidates flexible options lets us talk to them more and get to know them better. This allows us to match the skills, personalities, and goals of candidates with the needs of our clients.
