The funding, provided by NPIF-FW Capital Debt Finance and managed by FW Capital as part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, will be used to enhance CMS Tools’ infrastructure, increase job opportunities, and enable bulk purchases of products to improve margins and boost profitability.
Headquartered in Normanton, West Yorkshire, CMS Tools was founded in 1981 and currently boasts a £3m turnover. As a leading distributor of premium-grade roofing tools and accessories, the company serves customers nationwide in the building and construction industry. Its extensive network of stockists offers a diverse range of sustainable wood-based products derived from replanted and sustainable sources.
