Progeny has appointed Tom Wood as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With 25 years of executive experience in regulated financial services and banking, Tom brings valuable expertise to the role. He has a proven track record of leading transformational change and growth in complex, private equity-backed businesses, generating significant shareholder value.
Tom’s breadth of experience in strategy development and execution, M&A, and capital markets will enable Progeny to advance its ambitious agenda and strengthen its executive team for the next phase of growth. His previous roles include Chief Restructuring and Financial Officer of the Co-Operative Bank plc and CEO and CFO of Shawbrook Group plc.
