White Rose Education has successfully acquired two floors at The Granary, a Grade 2 listed local landmark in the heart of Leeds. With a proud history dating back to 1777, The Granary has recently undergone substantial redevelopment and now offers 20,000 sq ft of top-quality office space.
White Rose Education, led by founder Tony Staneff, expressed their delight in acquiring The Granary and praised its advanced office facilities. The company plans to utilize the space for offices, training facilities, and media work, with the expectation of eventually accommodating over 80 staff members.
The transaction of this valuable and complex deal was guided by Pardeep Khela, director at Schofield Sweeney. He expressed his thrill in successfully concluding the deal, acknowledging the tight timescales and bespoke needs of White Rose Education.
