Housebuilding group Edenstone has made a series of senior promotions as it expands its presence across South Wales and the South West of England.
In Portishead, James Morgan has stepped up from his role as senior land manager to become land director (Southern), with solicitor and legal director Helen Thomas picking up a newly created role as group legal director.
Planner Katie Peters is made strategic and southern planning director and Bill Hughes becomes head of design (homes).
The group’s commitment both to zero carbon and social housing is highlighted with the respective moves of James Kathrens to head of sustainability and Steve Barley to development director (partnerships).
In the Magor office, Richard Vine becomes technical director and Richard Price is made head of commercial. Within the group services team Stephanie Rogers is promoted to group financial controller.
Speaking about the appointments, group chairman Martin Taylor said: “We have enjoyed excellent growth in the last few years.
“Despite the pandemic, favourable market conditions have prevailed but we have been delighted with the performance of our team and this latest round of promotions recognises the individual and collective commitment and capability shown.
“We continue to have an ambitious growth trajectory and this round of promotions highlights our readiness to back the genuine talent that exists within the business.”
