Microlise Group, a provider of innovative technology solutions, has recently welcomed Shenny Remtulla as their new Strategy and M&A Director. With years of experience in senior leadership roles within prominent multinational consumer organizations, Shenny brings invaluable expertise to help shape the Group’s future. Previously, he served as the Head of Strategy at SABMiller plc, showcasing his exceptional ability to formulate and execute corporate strategies while driving performance improvements.
Shenny’s background as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company across North America, Europe, and Africa further enhances his strategic insights. His diverse sector experience includes FMCG/CPG, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Telecoms, Transportation, and Natural Resources, as well as dedicated assignments within the Private Equity Practice.
In his new role as Strategy and M&A Director, Shenny will be responsible for spearheading Microlise Group’s growth strategy. This will involve researching and identifying new products and markets, analyzing and prioritizing international growth opportunities, and overseeing the M&A pipeline from start to integration. Shenny will report directly to Nadeem Raza, the Group CEO, collaborating closely with the Board, SLT, and key stakeholders.
