The Leeds Digital Festival is launching its extensive festival program, with more than 240 events registered. This Festival aims to inspire and foster collaboration, showcasing the strength of the digital sector in the city to a global audience.
Delegates have the option to attend the Festival either in person or virtually, with a diverse range of events offered by leading digital organizations in the region such as Accenture, Microsoft, KPMG, BJSS, TPP, Lloyds Bank, Leeds Building Society, Codurance, and Snowflake.
Scheduled to run from September 18th to 29th, the Festival will take place at various venues throughout the city. Distinguished guests, including Paul Scully, the Minister for Tech and the Digital Economy, and Clare Barclay, CEO of Microsoft UK, will be in attendance.

With events ranging from a data conference and kids coding club to discussions on sustainability, cybersecurity, AI, and computer-aided design with Burberry, the festival program caters to a wide range of interests. Additionally, entrepreneurs seeking to launch their businesses can find support and guidance on startup investment, networking, inspiration, and learning.
Minister for Tech and the Digital Economy, Paul Scully MP, acknowledges Leeds as a leading hub for innovative and transformative digital solutions. He looks forward to participating in the Leeds Digital Festival and discovering the exciting innovations emerging from the region’s tech growth.
The Festival will also feature the Leeds Digital Careers Fair on September 26th at Leeds Arena. The fair will showcase over 100 employers and training providers, attracting over 1,500 attendees.
Rich McIntyre, chief engineer of BJSS, one of the UK’s largest IT and business consultancies, emphasizes the growth and diversity of the digital community in Leeds. He encourages everyone involved in the tech industry to come together and actively participate in the Festival.
To mark the Festival’s launch, sponsors Leeds Building Society will host a special event on September 14th.
