Timms Solicitors, with offices in Derby, Burton, Swadlincote, and Ashby, have recently expanded their Care team with the addition of Childcare Solicitor, Jessica Silvers. Jessica brings extensive experience in Care proceedings, including representing children, parents, and other family members, as well as handling adoption matters, advising guardians, and dealing with cases involving deprivation of liberty. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Children and Family Law Panels and is a qualified Legal Representative with a strong background in advocacy for vulnerable clients in court.
