Vapour’s Veeam backups will now be hosted by virtualDCS, bringing unprecedented scale, flexibility, and security to clients’ data management. Jason Fenwick, former lead cloud infrastructure engineer at Vapour, has now joined virtualDCS as a solutions engineer to ensure service continuity and an excellent end-user experience for Vapour’s customers. In addition, virtualDCS has appointed Tom Best as a technical support apprentice to handle support queries and help manage virtualDCS’s CloudCover backup and disaster recovery services.
Vapour’s Veeam services have been migrated over to virtualDCS, providing greater resilience, technical support, and agile cloud growth for new and existing customers. These achievements have set virtualDCS apart as a trusted Veeam Platinum partner, providing enhanced capabilities for service providers and their customers. The virtualDCS CloudCover recovery suite and Clean Room ransomware protection are now inclusive in the Cloud Connect Offsite Backup solution, among other features such as Azure AD backup and Kubernetes backup.
