MediaSense, the independent global media advisor, has announced the appointment of Jack Shearring as Head of Transformation. Shearring was previously with LEAD Consulting, a renowned independent marketing technology and data measurement business, where he assisted numerous world-class brands including HSBC, Sony, Farfetch, and Heineken in designing and implementing transformation programmes to accelerate their internal capabilities. Prior to LEAD, Jack held strategic marketing roles at Apple and Bloomberg and agency-side roles at Mindshare and Havas. With over 15 years of digital transformation experience, he is a regular contributor to industry thought leadership and has written for various trade bodies and publishers including ISBA, WARC, IAB, and Adwanted.
