Devonshire Property Group, a part of the Devonshire Group’s business portfolio, has successfully leased its 102,515 sq ft Markham Vale warehouse to Restore Records Management, a digital and information management specialist. The agreement includes a long-term lease, as Restore plans to consolidate its properties and move into more modern and efficient buildings. The company aims to start operations at the new location this Spring.
According to Andrew Byrne, Property Development Director at Devonshire Property Group, the leasing of the property at Markham Vale marks a significant milestone for the development. He emphasized the site’s attractive features and the high-quality space available for tenants. Working alongside Derbyshire County Council and HBD, the group is dedicated to creating value and job opportunities for the local community. Bringing Restore Records Management to the site aligns with this commitment.
Nigel Dews, Managing Director at Restore Records Management, highlighted the vast capacity of the facility, which can accommodate up to 1.4 million boxes, making it one of the largest sites in their portfolio. The company is eager to assume management responsibilities at the site in the coming weeks.
The leasing process was facilitated by Rebecca Schofield from Knight Frank and Stuart Waite from CPP, representing The Devonshire Group, while Restore was represented by Cameron Frazer of Berrys.
