Logistics property developer Tritax Symmetry has appointed a national operations manager.
Michelle Steele has more than 12 years’ experience working with senior stakeholders at both board and executive levels for organisations including the Co-op and RBS.
In her role, Steele will work closely with these stakeholders to identify strategic priorities to support the company’s growth and act as hands-on planning and delivery expert. She will also be part of the company’s newly formed leadership team.

Michelle is highly-respected in her field with in-depth experience in managing and developing high-performing teams across a range of sectors, including banking, social, housing and retail.

Steele will split her time between the Manchester, Northampton and London offices.
